Unfortunately, the previous architect made some mistakes, so we first corrected the drawings and started to prepare building plans for submission to Building Control.

Some serious engineering was needed to make this structure stable. Huge steel beams had to be installed due to big spans and after Pass document was obtained from Building Control for structural calculations and building regulations the contractor immediately started with construction.
