We have now used Building Plan Design twice and on each occasion, they have produced excellent designs. They also took all the pressure off us by obtaining planning permission that went through unopposed by both the planning authorities and our neighbours. Both plans fulfilled our wishes and allowed our builders to create the space and improvements we were looking for that greatly enhanced our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Monika and her team.
